Where Did I Go?

Well I have a little issue in life that thru the help of many people I have started to come thru it.
Thanks to the people that have listened to me, and had advise, I love having friends in my life that care!
And that's me going thru it!


In the mean time tho between my mom coming up to visit and me working on a few things here and there, and my wife and I trying to spend time together before I go on a 22 day journey of none stop fun...."sigh" maybe.

Thats not what I wanted to share with you entirely, I wanted to share with you about my dinner tonight, it started with me heading to an old friends house that I haven't seen in a while (to long to be exact and we need to make sure that doesn't happen again) to have dinner, he's a really good cook! And always makes just enough!...haha he started cookin' while we were catching up with some veggie's.


Then he started on making and putting together some Skewers.



And then the seasoning of the main entrée,


Then it goes on the grill with such perfection....


mmmm......it was good Schwarz....like always...

Thats us by the way full as all get out trying to stay standing after eating all that food.

I'm pretty sure

Well I know that it's probably disappointing that I didn't share more pic's of the 80's festival, but you know how it is, I'm just tired of the 80's right now...haha

but I will show you what I've been looking at the last week the most.

it's mostly the 80's

So this festival is so 80's that everybody looks like they just stepped out of time machine, the question I keep asking is that what do these guys do for a living when they don't play 80's style music? I'm not really sure?
And for those of you that remember the 80's. (you know who you are this pic screams 80's)


On a different note it rained something fierce today and as we all tried to get out of the rain and I was trying to get everything covered and make sure everything find I didn't get wet all that much! I'm thinking sweet no big deal nothing lost then I go to get a drink of the gatorade that I bought, can't find it I'm looking everywhere on the stage.

Wait there it is out in the rain...dang it!! so I got wet after all.

We were coming back from the other side of stage and saw this bus, now it may seem that I'm repeating myself but this festival is for sure something of a time machine, I just keeping learning more and more about the way they use tour in the old days, the 80's the 70's and the late 60's in this case a 1969 Tour bus that still tours! Its amazing.

I started taking pictures of it and the band stepped out of the bus and there I was taking a pic, and they were nice enough to let me in on the little details of it. that I won't go into, it was pretty cool.


There's an episode of Family Guy when peter is running down a side walk and then falls, and then few a full minute its just him on the screen, holding his knee gasping for air cause it hurts, you know how it is! It hurts and you grab the wound and take a deep breath in and then breathe out with this nose of major discomfort.
Well that was me today.

"Sigh" I'm Tired

Well the saddest and hardest things I've had to do in a long time, we had to give the dog back for a number of reasons don't want to get in to it but it's for the better but, both my wife and I miss her holy cow do we.

We've been loading in the last 2 days it's been pretty cool taking two days to load in.




But what I'm really interested in is to find out what a Indian Taco is?

Yup it's crazy...and I can't talk about it all that much at the moment but we got a DOG!

Yay I'm home!

I'm home finally and it was a good 4th of July, Patti came to Tulsa for the show.
she helped with the walls.

The church we loaded in at was huge!
the football field was turf...it's a christian school! I think thats awesome!


we had union hands for the first time the whole summer so the load out was stupid fast! we were in the hotel before 2am first time in a long time.

We had a early flight the next morning which was good just to hang out and talk we havn't been on a flight together since before we were married. it was a lot of fun!

Us on the first flight a little tired but ready for our 30 min. flight.


then we had a 3 hour layover in Kansas City and it was fun at first and then the early morning kicked in and we started to get really tired, Patti got coffee


and I got more tired


but we got home and had a lot of fun but not without going to eat at Red Robin which I forgot how good it is.

when do I go home?

Today has been half way decent, I did some laundry, listened to some music and here in a few I'm off to Tulsa, OK. For a show there where my wife will be showing up to hang out for time that I'm there. Then I get to go home for a couple days, that'll be great.

I'm ready for a small break at home, with the wife!

Kansas City..Is a long ways.....

So the guys went back to Nashville today, I on the other hand road in the truck to Kansas City where we're dtopping off some stuff, and then heading on to Tulsa. Where my wife will be meetting us for the 4th of July i'm really looking forward to it, I have to work but thats ok.
