I'm Still Tired

This morning even tho, I had a day off yesterday, and even tho I went to bed relatively early last night, I got up this morning with the excitement of one who would find roadkill in their bunk. Now depending on which state your from the excitement of roadkill is actually pretty exciting. But I was not excited, I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong yesterday on my day off that caused me to not be refreshed.
