Anniversary #3...

Last night was our 3rd Anniversary. Usually we go somewhere out of town for our anniversary, I can say usually cause it's been more than 2, right? But this year I've had to work, that's the reason for the lack of blogging, I've been stupid busy, which I'm not complaining, glad to be busy. So this year we decided to cook at home, we got a little indoor counter top grill as an anniversary gift to each other, so we thought it would be fun to grill some steaks and just hang out at home!

So I lightly seasoned the steak, Patti made a salad, baked some potato's, made a casserole, and served some shrimp cocktail as a pre-meal warm up to dinner, obviously.
Mmmm....
And then the dinner was served about 40 minutes later, it was amazing, the baked potato's were so big that they had to go on their own plate!!
